Gift of Life, Long Island NY
A nonprofit that is part of the Gift of Life International network, focused on providing life‑saving heart surgery for children with congenital heart disease.
Gift of Life Long Island arranges and funds pediatric cardiac surgeries for children from low‑income countries who cannot get adequate care .
These children are flown to partner hospitals on Long Island where volunteer surgeons and hospitals provide surgery at no cost to the families
